I think it is important to give credit where credit is due. On behalf of all the members of St. Elmo, LLC, I want to give Frederick Ross Company credit for the way you handled the sale of the St. Elmo building for us. You impressed us all from the beginning. Of the five firms that we interviewed, your presentation and interview stood out far and away from the rest. Your immediate work in order to put together a marketing package for the building was exceptional; and certainly, your "pounding of the pavement" in order to find us a buyer no doubt helped us find one. Your assistance in negotiating the highest possible price after finding the potential buyer was of utmost help. Without your assistance, we do not believe we would have reached the sale price that we did.

While your performance in selling our building was incredible, your integrity and the manner in which you dealt with us, with the buyer, and through the whole process, was the most impressive. Integrity is really the most important asset we all have in business, and we very much appreciate working with people such as yourselves who have such high integrity.
