Frederick Ross Company began working with Local Matters, Inc. in March of 2003 when we were a 12-person company, subletting space. A Ross broker worked with us for several weeks to find a space that would support our growth in a building consistent with our start-up culture. He listened carefully to our needs, identified appropriate locations, and clearly articulated the pros and cons of the alternatives.

A short 18 months later, we exceeded our space and needed a location that could support a significant two-year expansion plan. Again, Ross was diligent in identifying locations for us that were a strong fit with our needs: significant open space suitable for a technology company without relocation.  Not only did Ross identify a location that met all of our needs, the broker skillfully negotiated a lease with incremental space starting us at 15,000 square feet , and adding 5,000 square feet at the end of year one and again at the end of year two, supporting our now 100 employee company.

Ross' breadth of market knowledge, hard work, creativity and skillful negotiations, allowed us to focus on our core business competencies. Frederick Ross Company exceeded our expectations.
