Your involvement in the project (Riverbend Retail Development) from the first meeting with Bob Anderson was invaluable.  You found us a real winner.  The location hopefully will become even stronger with time.  You were great to deal with, your company gave us great support.  Deb Bergman was really wonderful and a delight to work with as well.
