Re: Lease from Quist Financial for Proposal 

I have reviewed the lease and the comments from your realtor.  The realtor's comments show that he is a sophisticated broker with experience in this area.  We would not add anything to his comments and I don't think you will need Holland & Hart's participation in this review.  I suggest that you deliver the lease with the requested revisions and see what the Landlord's response is.  Please call if you have any questions concerning this matter otherwise I will assume that you will go the route suggested above.  Thanks.
