My name is Rev. Dr. Louis Angone and I am the Senior Pastor of The New Community Christian Church, and I am writing to you today in regards to one of your employees.

Last year we entered into a lease agreement with a client of this employee.  We were co-leasing with another non-profit as we planned to move our church to this space that the Ross representative had listed.  Through a series of unforeseeable circumstances the deal became a snake pit for all involved.  The potential for disaster for our church and the school, we would be sharing the space with, was a nine on a scale of ten. 

If it wasn't for the diligent professionalism of the broker in this situation the school most definitely would have had to close it's doors and our ability to survive as a church would have been greatly hindered.  The broker was the calming voice of reason as he tried to make this bad situation a win-win for everyone.  He was kind and patient when in fact he had every right to be screaming at everyone involved.
