Please let this letter serve as a reference and compliment for all of your hard work and tenacious work selling the Ivy-K Shopping Center.
This property was a difficult sale due to many factors, in which the average broker did not wish to address and pursue. The realty was that this property was listed with other, larger brokerage houses in the Denver area and could not get the job done. In fact some real estate brokers chose not to list the property due to the 'known fact' that this property had been for sale for quite some time and would be a difficult listing at best and would require focus, expertise which I will assume that was not available within their office. You never gave up, and accomplished a most difficult challenge, that could not have been achieved without your professional expertise.
