Frontier Airlines extends lease on Denver headquarters

(Denver)– Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indianapolis-based Republic Airways Holdings Inc., has extended the lease on its Denver headquarters building until May 2020, and continues to refer to Denver as Frontier’s “commercial headquarters.”

The Denver-based airline leases 70,000 square feet of office space at 7001 Tower Road. Conveniently located less than seven miles from Denver International Airport off of Peńa Boulevard and Tower Road, this location has served as the company headquarters since 2001.

7001 Tower Road will continue to house Frontier’s customer service, in-flight administration and training, marketing, revenue management and scheduling/planning teams. Owned by Runway Properties and Pawnee Transportation, the building is also the new home for Frontier’s customer relations and reservation teams, according to Jamie Gard of Frederick Ross Company, who represented Frontier in this office transaction.
