ICX Global, Inc. Makes Move to E-470 and South Broadway Location
(LITTLETON) — ICX Global, Inc., a leading manufacturing company in the technology industry, recently purchased a facility at 8136 S. Grant Way in Littleton. The 21,892 square-foot building was purchased for $1,900,000, or $88 per square foot, an exceptional price for the area. ICX plans to own and occupy the Littleton building, and has relocated their main office.
The office/flex building is well suited for ICX, with 70% office space and dock-high and drive-in loading doors. ICX's decision to end their lease and purchase this facility was prompted, in part, by favorable market conditions, allowing ICX a more desirable location for less money.
The new home for ICX lies near E-470 and South Broadway, and has been listed for sale for three years. Peter Beugg of Frederick Ross Company represented ICX Global, Inc. in this transaction. The seller of the property, 8136 S. Grant Way, LLC, was represented by Jim Long of CRESA.
ICX Global, Inc. With over 20 years experience, ICX is a renowned remote control solutions company with significant internal resources — including industrial design, software and electrical engineering, production operations, and logistics and supply chain management. www.icxglobal.com
