OBJECTIVEThe ManiaTV! Network, Inc., owner of the former Dickinson Carnegie Library, wished to sell the building in order to raise capital for their rapidly expanding business. They also needed assistance to find flexible space that would accommodate their studio and production needs. High ceilings, flexibility, studio lighting capabilities, and close proximity to Qwest switches and equipment were essential components in the decision-making process. | ||
RESULTSThe building had high appeal with it's unique 1912 architecture and location in a redeveloping area just west of downtown Denver. Frederick Ross Company was successful in selling the 4,324-square-foot library building to an architectural firm enabling ManiaTV! to capitalize their endeavor. Ross worked with ManiaTV! to analyze, review, and negotiate several leasing options. The client chose a 15,000-square-foot warehouse and studio space located at 38th and Steele Street. |
