Copic Companies had a desire to house four of their company divisions—Copic Insurance Company, Copic Financial Services Group, Gadrian Corporation and Practice Quality, at one central location.  Their goal was to enhance integration, efficiency and productivity.

Copic's broker contacted Frederick Ross Company to tour their listing, The Quad at Lowry, a business park located in the Lowry redevelopment site.  Ross, on behalf of the owner, was able to offer Copic the opportunity to build their own building.  This successful 100,000 square foot transaction resulted in Copic Companies meeting their goal to consolidate operations as well as providing easy access for employees located throughout the Denver metropolitan area.  Park amenities, such as the retail, residential and recreational components were paramount in the location decision, especially in regard to the recruitment and retention of Copic's present and future employees.
