Second Largest Law Firm in Denver Extends Lease in CBD

Sherman & Howard LLC signed a 123,284-square-foot renewal at 633 17th St. in Denver, CO. The full service law firm extended its office deal through December 2021.

The 32-story, 552,988-square-foot, Class A office building in the central business district was built in 1973 and renovated in 2000. The state government, including the Office of Administrative Courts, occupies a large portion of the building.

Nathan Johnson of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross represented Sherman & Howard. Peter Schippits, Michael Crane and Andy Ross of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented the landlord, Grant Management AS.
